My journey to law began with a desire to help others navigate complex legal challenges. After graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Florida, I pursued my legal education at California Desert Trial Academy in Indio, CA. This path allowed me to build deep connections within our local legal community and set the stage for my commitment to accessible, strategic legal representation.

ATTORNEY & FOUNDER

As the founder of Atkins Legal, I bring a fresh perspective and unwavering dedication to serving clients throughout the Coachella Valley. My journey into law was driven by a desire to help others overcome complex legal challenges and find a clear path forward. My background uniquely combines rigorous legal training with hands-on experience in crisis management and psychology.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

I started in the horticulture industry and earned my Associates of Applied Science in Horticulture-Phytotechnology from Chemeketa Community College of Salem, Oregon, graduating magna cum laude.

I then earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Florida, graduating magna cum laude, and later pursued my legal education at California Desert Trial Academy in Indio, CA.

These experiences not only sharpened my analytical skills but also deepened my empathy and commitment to my clients.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Through my Of Counsel relationship with Blalock Dye Law, I have developed expertise in criminal defense, employment law, and civil litigation.

Prior to working with Blalock Dye Law, I law clerked with The Law Offices of Edward H. Cross. In this role, I represented construction and remediation companies, drafted contracts, and went up against insurance companies to help increase their bottom line.

This diverse experience enables me to approach each case with a well-rounded perspective and tailor my strategies to meet your unique needs.
